[VG5000] svg to vg5000-basic (setet/seteg)

i started to code a svg converter to setet/seteg on vg5000 basic - it's limited to the 192 setet/seteg available characters - i'm coding it just for fun!

the converter still have some bugs about to be fixed

coded in sdlBasic, and needs Imagemagick installed - the converter runs some Bash command lines (Linux)
