Hello everyone!

Hello everyone!
My name is Rob, and I'm a computer game programmer living in Madrid.
I got here by searching on google how to dump the exeltel chips, and I saw that this was quite a nice and interesting place, so I decided to join in.
I have also a nice collection of old computers and consoles and I like to take nice pictures, pcb scans, rom dumps, restore manuals, and share it with the community.
I do understand a little french, but Spanish, English and German (not to mention all those programming languages...) take almost all my language area real state of my brain
Nice to meet you!
Regards,
Rob

Hello Rob !
Extracting Amper TMS7042 and 6100 roms is a real challenge. Many tried, few succeeded

Re: Hello everyone!
Hehe, thank you for your warm welcome!
I got the Exeltel only a couple of days ago and I found it to be a very interesting machine. I dumped the Eprom and it's different from the usual amper.bin rom you can find on the net.
Here you have the 300dpi scans of my Exeltel motherboard:
Exeltel PCB Top
Exeltel PCB Bottom
From the posts I read here, it seems that Jester managed to make some programs to dump the 7402 and 6100 from the Exeltel basic, I'd be glad to test them and share the results.
Below, you'll find some links to pictures of items in my collection, feel free to use the pictures as you see fit.

@leduigou: Your spanish is actually better than my french! Je ne parle pas français
Best regards,
Rob

Re: Hello everyone!
Your Amper Exeltel board seems to be the same than mine (ROM BTX v5.2). You can see it, here:

I like the unclean big ground wire that goes to the LS245 pin 10 ^^
